Single-Stage Tire Building Machine (14"–20" PCR)
Builds a complete PCR green tire on one machine — innerliner, sidewall, carcass ply, apexed beads, two belts, cap strip and tread, for 14"–20" radial tires.
The Pinshun single-stage tire building machine is equipped with modules for every tire component, so the full green tire is assembled in a single process. It handles innerliner, sidewall, carcass ply, beads with apex, two belt layers, cap strip and tread, with optional components on request.
Mechanical turn-up covers the full 14"–20" rim range. Servo positioning and PLC control keep splice accuracy stable across long production runs, and changeover between sizes is quick enough for multi-size PCR plants.
