Single-Stage Feed Rack Project

Pinshun supplied a feed rack system for a single-stage tire building line, delivering innerliner, sidewall, ply and other pre-cut components to the building machine in the correct sequence. The feed racks are the supply-side equipment for Pinshun's single-stage PCR tire building machine, feeding each component to its assembly station on the machine. Pinshun's technical team completed installation and commissioning on site.
Two-Stage Building Machine Project
Semi-steel radial tire manufacturer, China
Pinshun installed a two-stage (first-stage and second-stage) tire building machine set for semi-steel radial tires. The first-stage machine builds the carcass with finger-type ply-down and single-bladder turn-up; the second-stage machine shapes the carcass and applies belts, cap strip and tread on a radially expandable drum. The two machines were supplied and commissioned together as a matched first-stage/second-stage line.
Fully Automatic Apex Applying Machine Project
Semi-steel radial tire manufacturer, China
Pinshun installed a fully automatic horizontal apex applying machine, joining extruded triangular apex profile to steel bead cores with no manual handling. Beads are fed and clamped automatically, the apex profile is cooled and metered on a large-drum cooling station before it is applied to the bead, and finished bead-apex assemblies are placed into the output magazine by an automatic take-off unit.
90° Fiber Cord Cutting Machine Project
Tire carcass ply manufacturer, China
Pinshun supplied a 90° fiber cord fabric cutting machine for carcass ply production, perforating and cutting fiber cord fabric to the angle and width the customer's tire specifications require. Cut strips are spliced edge-to-edge, taped and wound onto trolley fixtures ready to feed the building line, with the cutting width and roll handling sized to the customer's fabric stock.
Semi-Automatic Apex Applying Machine Project
Tire bead component manufacturer, China
Pinshun supplied a semi-automatic apex applying machine, combining extruded triangular apex profile with steel bead cores for the customer's bead-preparation line. It is the semi-automatic version of the apex applying process Pinshun also supplies in a fully automatic configuration.
