6-Station Bead Winding Machine (PCR)
Winds six PCR bead cores per cycle straight from bare wire — let-off, preheating, rubber coating, cooling, accumulation and traverse winding in one automatic line at 18 beads per minute.
The Pinshun bead winding machine turns spooled bead wire into finished bead cores in a single automatic cycle, winding six beads at a time. Wire runs from six let-off stations through a preheater and a rubber coating unit, then through cooling and haul-off and a low-tension accumulator before it reaches the winding head.
The winding head lays the wire in a controlled traverse pattern, building hexagonal or rectangular bead sections of 3 to 6 layers with up to 15 wires per layer, across a 13"–20" bead diameter range. Process temperature is controlled to ±1 °C, and finished beads are transferred to a three-station storage unit at the outfeed.
Rated output is 18 beads per minute on a 15" bead of 24 turns. Bead cores from this machine feed the apex applying machine downstream, and from there the bead setting station of the building machine.
- Six beads wound per cycle from six wire let-off stations
- In-line wire preheating and rubber coating — bare wire in, rubberized bead out
- Hexagonal or rectangular bead section, 3–6 layers, up to 15 wires per layer
- Low-tension wire accumulator between the coating line and the winding head
- Process temperature control to ±1 °C
- 18 beads/min on a 15" bead of 24 turns, with a three-station storage unit at the outfeed
